ToolNova is a web application that allows users to perform online operations on PDF, Office, image and other supported file types.

We value the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed while using ToolNova and how that information may be used.

2. Information That May Be Collected

While using ToolNova, technical information such as browser and device details, IP address, visited pages, approximate location, session duration, referral source and site usage data may be processed.

This information may be used to improve service security, measure performance, troubleshoot errors and enhance the user experience.

3. Uploaded Files

Users may upload files they want to process in order to use ToolNova tools.

Processing depends on the tool. Browser-based tools process the selected file on your device without sending it to the ToolNova server. Tools requiring dedicated engines—such as OCR, Office, selected PDF operations, RAW decoding, background removal and AI transcription—transfer the file to the ToolNova server over HTTPS. Current server-side conversion services create a unique temporary workspace for the requested operation and run cleanup when the request succeeds or fails. Uploaded file content is not used to build advertising profiles or sold. Because operating-system file locks can delay deletion of a temporary file, you should follow your own organization’s policy for sensitive or confidential material.

4. Google Analytics

ToolNova may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its services.

These services may process technical information such as visited pages, device and browser type, approximate location and usage behavior.

5. Google AdSense and Advertising

ToolNova may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense.
